Went here to get an estimate on getting my push mower repaired. I was told that the carburetor needed to be cleaned and that was it. The estimate was fair and I agreed.
When I came to pick up the mower the list was much more than that. Obviously I wanted the mower back so I paid up, but I was really disappointed that they didn't ask or inform me about the extra repairs. I ended up paying over $200. Might have considered buying a brand new mower if I knew this ahead of time.
The mower still leaks gas and oil. Won't be going back here.
We bought a 36" vride, brand new, paid for mulch kit, and installation. Unfortunately, the tech who built this mower (we were told it was fresh out of box) didn't care about end user. There were only two hanger bolts and nuts were installed. That's out of four bolts! Talk about laziness! Obviously for a mower this size, something had to give. One bolt was eventually unscrewed as we mow, fell and the deck was on the floor. We lost thousands of dollars because of their incompetence. We will come back to get you to fix this and we'll bring our business elsewhere.
In all the years I have been going to this location, I haven't ever not once experienced any of the problems that the reviews explain. I always get the best service. I buy my equipment from them an I haven't ever had a problem. These guys are top notch. In all areas! Keep up the good work.

Horrible HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! THESE GUYS ARE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, BUT PROVIDE A LITTLE TO NO SERVICE AT ALL. THEY REALLY LOOK LIKE THEY HATE THEIR JOB IM GUESSING THATS WHY THEY ARE RUDE.
