Generally speaking you get what you pay for, but in the world of China and Taiwan quality some times you will be suprised. Staff is fairly knowledgeable and if you really need any thing the managers actually seem to know where things aren. Beware! The parking lot is a nightmare!
From handtools to professional moving dollies everything there is just as good as the overpriced other options and different stores, that doesn’t mean that I only buy the absolute best of what I can find there, but generally speaking four stars or better for their customer ratings on a product means I’m willing to spend money on it
Every time we go into harbor freight we are greeted and asked if they can help. One lady Chelsea (hope I spelled her name right) is so helpfull. She's always in good mood and makes people laugh. She's the reason they get 5 stars. Keep up the great work Chelesa.
