Needed to match a paint for our kitchen ceiling, the Kelly-Moore employee took a fair amount of time with the order but kept working on it until he got a spot on match. Very different experience from Home Depot where the employee matched the paint using a machine while talking on his cell phone, came up with the wrong color.
The staff here always make their best effort to match paint colors and to mix things for me as soon as possible. The best thing to do, especially if you have an account with them, is to call in as you are driving over with what you want and they will have it ready for you.
