Quick and friendly staff. I needed to get a key made and I was in & out within 10 minutes.
Really awesome customer service. I was looking for some specific screws to go with an IKEA mounted mirror with little to no labeling on the instructions. A knowledgeable employee helped me by looking over the instructions and gave me his best guess on the screws. Also gave me helpful instructions on the roach traps I was holding. Would totally recommend this place!
From the outside it's ridiculously run-down looking; I would not have even gone in except my sister-in-law bought something online and it was shipped there. Inside, it's an honest-to-goodness, old time hardware store with a knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Absurdly overpriced but okay if you're in a hurry and don't have the time to go somewhere else. And decorative items there tend to have kind of a strange aesthetic style.
