After waiting even longer we finally decided to head out, and when I walked into the main room, people that had gotten there 5 minutes ago were already being helped.
Horrible service at this location. Came to look at signet rings and ask if they could clean my 'David Yurman' wedding band. The lady took my ring to the back office and came back some time later.... with the ring definitely uncleaned.
You’re better off taking your business elsewhere, I wouldn’t want anyone to walk in excited with such high hopes, and experience what we did.
If you can't even serve your paid customers, how to you expect more sales? As I noticed she didn't clean my ring, I certainly didn't get another and walked out without having to ask anything else!
Victor is and has been my favorite Sales Professional to ever work with across all industries. His acute attention to detail, his honesty, his expertise, and his patience are simply unmatched. If you need some Yurman in your life, there's not a store which will provide more expceptional service than this one.

If I could give negative stars I would. We walked in at 7pm and were greeted by the security guard. There were 2 other customers in the store being assisted. He told us someone would be with us momentarily. There were 2 associates there. They put us in the back room for 30 minutes. Periodically the security guard would come and apologize for the wait, saying someone would be right with us.
We were shopping for wedding bands and drove far to come to David Yurman specifically for that purpose.
Advice: Find another location. I'd rather go back to Dallas to purchase.
I’ve never experienced such bad customer service in my life. I was totally shocked. They really ruined what was supposed to be a nice experience for me and my fiancé.
Best jewelry buying experience we have ever had. Victor was fantastic. He made the experience a pleasure. He gave us advice with no pressure. He spent a great deal of time helping my wife chose a ring. We would absolutely return to buy jewelry from this shop
