This place isn't your typical pasta spot. They are doing legitimate Italian organic pasta. The raviolis are amazing and all the fillings have been absolutely delicious. This is hand-made artisanal pasta and I'm pretty sure I'll never enjoy other pastas the same after having experienced what these guys are doing. Yes, you will pay a little more, but the quality is worth the little extra cost. So good.
The food had good flavor. I ordered vegetable ravioli and since they wouldn't let me get pomodoro or pesto sauce on it, I had to go with the butter sauce. The edges of the ravioli were chewy (very under cooked) and the butter sauce was too fatty. I felt for $17.00, for lunch none the less, there should be more to it. It was placed on a counter on a square plate with 7 or 8 ravioli squares covered in butter (nothing more than a child's plate - I even heard them say the child's serving is the same). I sent an email directly to them letting them know my concerns and never got a response. I wanted to let others know, it's NOT WORTH THE PRICE.

absolutely delicious! i ate there for lunch and it was the best ravioli i've ever had. I've also stopped by and gotten pasta to take home and cook- its amazing how much better it tastes when its fresh. i will definitely be a regular customer!
Note: The $17.00 included a bottle of water.
Maybe if you choose your pasta and pick a sauce to take home and cook, you can forgo the only second option they give you dinning in of butter sauce, as well as give yourself a salad and nice baguette (which you don't get here).
This place is a hidden treasure in the Westlake area I can highly recommend this place to my friends in Austin as well to my family and friends abroad.

Fresh authentic, Italian pasta, created with 100%organic flour imported from Italy. The kitchen and retail store are located in Westlake, across from Eanes Elementary school.
2x/year I'm on vacation in Austin. This year I found this authentic Italien place. Because I've been in the Spa, which is their neighbor. I bought Ravioli, Parmesan cheese and at Home in my apartment I enjoyed the delicious meal. Best noodles in town. Homemade, healthy and really perfect European quality-food. I'll be back soon in the shop to buy some fresh made noodles with their sauce.
