No a good customer service . vegies are old and they serve you less than other subways.
Rotisserie style chicken was way too moist(when I mean moist I mean my bread was soaking in water and soggy) and not sure why, it should be like an oven baked style chicken hence rotisserie since mostly all the grease and moisture will leave while it's cooking. Baked stuff is usually dry.
Let me start off by first saying I eat subway on a regular basis and love it. Now, not only is this the worst Subway in Austin, but HANDS DOWN THE WORST SUBWAY IN TEXAS. I have lived close to this restaraunt for roughly a decade and the fact that the Subway closest to me is also the most bland, rude, and inconsistent one I've been to sucks. There is a woman that has worked there now for quite some time that works the lunch rush. She is extremely impatient and has no people/communication skills. Also, the motto for this Subway should be Eat KINDA Fresh because trust me buddy, the veggies have been there for quite some time when they decide to serve it to you. This Subway has needed a completely new staff for quite some time now, but I doubt that will change anytime soon. In other words, if your in this area and want to eat fresh, believe me when I say it can wait...
The store was closed at 10:30 and they supposed to be closed at 11:00. I knocked on the door and the girl and guy yelled they were closed and left me outside standing for 20 minutes.
I placed an order online at this location, and noticed almost immediately that it was at the wrong location. So I called the store, or rather attempted to. I was on hold for roughly 10 min, and when the employee finally answered, I requested he cancel the order as his location was very far away from me. He stated he already made the sandwitch, and would not cancel or refund my money prepaid online. I protested, stating I attempted calling right away, but he did not answer his store phone. He just said he was busy with other customers, and after putting the phone down mid sentence in order to help other customers, he muted the phone, then hung up.
This was some of the most incompetent and terrible customer service I have ever un into. And there are FAR too many other, and BETTER sandwich options out there, for this to be unacceptable behavior to be tolerated. Will never visit a Subway ever again.
For me the service was good though seems an alright place just need to work on the food that's about it though.
