The salad was quite tasty and the dressing complimented it. The blue cheese added to the taste. It was just the right amount of flavor. The steak was cooked correctly too. It was a nice meal.
Decor was nice and bright. Loved the wood design. Food was out so fast, which was great with kids. Fresh flavors and some fiery jalapeño topped it off. Blood and Honey from Revolver helped with that.
I had High hopes for this place, I was told it was pretty good and worth checking out. I don't typically write such a negative review, but I feel my complaints are valid. First of all the staff messed up our order twice, then we had to wait far too long for them to fix it. The person handing out the orders was a little bit snippy when I went to check on our order in the first place due to how long it was taking. As if I was the person at fault. The food itself seemed rushed and was practically flavorless. I don't see myself coming back here anytime soon.
Honoring you pick-up times is important for those of us who work around the area and come in on our lunch breaks. I don't know if I will end up giving this place another try at this point.
If you are looking for quality food at great prices, look no further. Can't beat this place. They are also trigger happy with their coupons for costumers, especially if you sign on to their app. Giving it a four and a half because a couple of side dishes, like the roasted veggies, need improvement. Other than that, the Merida salad is probably one of the best salads I've ever eaten for the price! Amazing salads. Dashia is a great host that always has a smile on her face! She deserves a raise!
I've here three times so far, and I'm conflicted. The first time, I ate in and enjoyed a delicious heirloom rice salad which was fast, delicious and affordable. My past two experiences did not go as great. The food remained delicious but the service was abysmal.
Came in at about 2:30pm on a Wednesday. Venue had a few people there. There was a menu outside the door, but it had no prices. Upon entering I noticed that it had a lot of modern wooden decor. After pondering for a while I decided on a ice tea and the Flatiron salad. It didn't take too long to cook (It's basically salad with steak meat).
Both times I ended up placing my order 20 minutes before intending to pick it up Upon arriving on the designated pick-up time, I had to wait an additional 25 minutes to get my food. I thought this was just a fluke during peak hours the first time, but after having the same experience at a much earlier time I'm starting to think it comes down to poor management.
