...until we came out of the theater (granted it was 11:45pm) to find the theater deserted of all staff. Over a dozen angry customers stood in a lobby only for no one to show their face. Multiple calls to the phone number, peaking in doors and other theaters. Nothing. On the counters were multiple walkie talkies lying about, doors open to box office and even a manager's set of keys sitting on the concession counter unattended. It was seriously like a post apocalyptic movie where were the only people left alive.
Only one concession worker!! Out of pizza boxes at noon. Drink machines had mats in front that were covered in sticky syrup. Popcorn littering the floor. When you spend premium for concession food this is unacceptable! : (
Purchased tickets for the 3D Imax of Thor: Ragnarok. Once we were prompted to put on our 3D glasses the remaining 3 trailers and the first 5-10 minutes of the movie were unwatchable. The screen was covered in static and the only way to see a clear picture was with glasses on and right eye closed. After half the theater left to complain the picture was corrected...
Seats are great (leather recliners). Sound system could be better. Don't like the guide lights in the aisle. They're too bright when the movie is on. Can't beat the popcorn
...only to have the entire film NOT be in 3D except until the end for the after credits scene. The picture was clear, but not 3D the entire film. I realized it, but chose not to leave so that I wouldn't miss the movie and decided to have faith that a manager would take care of us after the film...
This movie theater is the worst! Went to see an imax 3D movie, the screen was in-watchable for the first 10 minutes (the right eye was complete fuzz), then the movie was not 3D until the last scene of the movie. Went we (and 1/2 of the theater) went to the manager, they had deserted the place - there were car keys out, radios left on the counter. Even a last showing had just started, so they should have been there. It was a ghost town. We called and no one answered. After 30 minutes we left after calling corporate. No one ever showed up. In addition: the theater was disgusting, there were 3 huge holes in the ceiling, dust all along the walls, and the sound was terrible. Would not recommend!

The theatre was neat and clean. The staff was polite and very prompt! The chairs are amazing! You can get comfortable in the reclining chair for your show!!
I called the corporate number while in the lobby. They only seemed concerned about my complaints about the movie and not the fact their theater was being run by...no one. Gave them my information, but I have low expectations of the outcome. We'll (hopefully) speak to a manager tomorrow, because after 30 minutes of waiting we finally left, letting the hiding staff members win and avoiding being confronted by their angry customers.
