I loved being able to recline! They had a blanket and pillow. They had free popcorn . The drinks were great! I loved being able to push a button for service or refill.
An amazing theater! The reclining seats, complimentary pillow, blanket, and popcorn just make it a very pleasant and pampering experience. A little on the expensive side for a movie theater, but you won't complain about spending the extra money after you try it for yourself.
Basically I liked this place so much. I became a member. I will be back next week.
This was my least favorite experience, thus far. It was not clean. The service was ok, but this was not an experience worthy of my hard working husbands $150.00.
We are visiting from Reno, NV. This is a great option to have a different experience watching a movie. We enjoyed ourselves. The service was pleasant, our girl and young man made it a pleasure to visit. We'll be back on our next trip. Our daughter recently moved to Austin.
Um. That was AMAZING! I have not been to the movies in over 3 years. Look due to medical I've gained a lot of weight in the past 2 years and because of that I'm super antisocial. Even before going I was trying to think of an excuse not to go because "they would judge me" at this fancy theater. When I walked through the door I was greeted with "Hello! How are you!" The bar tender was extremely attentive. Then as I was trying to figure out where to go as I purchased my ticket online. Only to find out oops. I booked a ticket in Houston not Austin. Fortunately there was still a seats available and I could just pay for that. The helper customer service agent at the desk told me to call the Houston office to initiate my refund. ( I did after I came home. Gabby at the Houston office was awesome).
Ipic Theater is an experience everyone should try at least once. It's different, unique and very fulfilling. The admission is well worth it, considering the complete package. At the punch of a buzzer you have your own private waiter. They have an excellent menu selection of food and drink. Try the pulledpork sliders and the caramel ice cream cookie, superb. Take that special someone, she or he will be impressed.
