Good, cheap theater. Good for catching movies that were out a while back that you wanted to see but never got the chance. Plus, you're likely to have an empty or almost empty theater during the show.
Have been before and there's been late starts but today was the worst. 3 mins in screen started to stutter went dark. Broken projector but no communication no one had a clue what was going on. It's ridiculous that you have equipment you can't rely on and communication skills where ppl had to leave the theater go to the lobby and hear. I'm not really sure what's up. Just spend an xtra dollar and go to cinemark 8 in round rock. They gave me a return pass. For what?...
I'm frequent visitor, usually once a week. Super low prices, comfortable seats, perfectly fine quality screens & sound. Very little to complain about. They play almost all the major blockbusters, usually a couple months after the official release date. Some smaller films also get shown. Discount theaters can have a bad reputation for poor quality, but this one definitely defies those expectations.
Daytime showings are just $2 and evening movies are just $3! They have good hotdogs and a great selection of sodas that you can dispense yourself and you can also dispense your own butter! Make sure to get extra napkins because it can soak through the bag and onto your pants. Great little theater!
In all the years I've been going, I've only had one bad experience. When I went to see Guardians of the Galaxy 2, the sound volume was unusually low, and multiple people went out to notify the workers, but they didn't fix it. It was only one experience out of a hundred, so I'll forgive them for it.
