We got there and they printed tickets for the wrong show so the ticket taker sent us back outside to reprint tickets. Next we went to concessions. Fantastic variety unfortunately nothing was available except popcorn. The guy said he would make the pretzel bites but by the time we got to where the straws were another guy told us they were out. So my wife traded it out for popcorn and a refund. When we got to the theater it had no butter on it. So my wife had to go back again. There was a long line and my wife had to wait again and missed the beginning of the movie. We marvelled at the menu selections but if the staff can't deliver it what good is it. Also people that arrive for a noon movie might be leaning to having some lunch.
The seating area was kind of dirty (gum, food stains, ect). It was not unbearable but not as clean as some other theaters that I have been to. The seats were also not that comfortable. Picture and sound quality was good. Also note that a lot of the auditoriums are NOT assigned seats. I knew this going in but it can be a deal breaker for some.
This place was an absolute joke - the most absurd movie theater I have ever visited in my 31 years on this earth. The concession line took 30 minutes when I was the 3rd person in line. They played 40 minutes just of previews. And on top of that, the screen flickered in and out the entire duration. We voiced our concerns twice to the staff where they either a. Made an excuse and quickly shut it down or b. Shrugged their shoulders and ignored it completely. This place need an entire renovation and gutting, starting with the management, as clearly a place with poor attitude and quality trickles down from the top.
This is a gun free zone. Law abiding licensed background checked folk are not welcomes unless they unarm. There is one police officer sitting outside in his car. I asked him if there was armed security inside. He said no, just him. They do not have metal detection at their entrance. My husband and I left. We refuse to be the next victim of a crazed individual because some business owner adheres to liberal thinking that gun free zones make for a safe environment. Instead of explaining the policy to me in a professional manner I was yelled at.
I have been going to this theater for a while now and never had any major issues. My only improvement for them would be faster customer service at the food and beverage counter. Other than that, they are going to satisfy your every entertainment need.
