To make a long story short, we put a contingent offer on a house we loved and had to sell our home quickly to make the deal work. There were times when we thought we weren’t going to get the house of our dreams, but Angelle worked diligently to make it happen. She is knowledgeable, personable, approachable, patient and generous with her time (because I texted her mornings, mid-day, evenings, weekends, etc.!) She thoroughly answered all of our questions and explained everything in detail. If she didn’t have the answer, she’d get it right away. She has a wonderful team of advocates backing her, including fantastic mortgage and title professionals.
She was not only helpful on the negotiations, she was helpful just as a good person. We were in and out of town during our sale and still had some contractors working on the house. She helped collect our mail, meet contractors, and she even made my husband Jack a meal!
