While we did sell our home, our experience at the end of the process was less than acceptable. We were pressured into accepting an extension when both my wife and I had decided to move forward when our buyers could not secure the funding by the second closing date. As a sellers agent, they were more interested in getting their payment than meeting the marks that we had provided. While I fully support their business model and think it is the ONLY way to have an real estate agent, it is also a people driven business.
I could not get my calls returned or service after I tried three times. Kept getting excuses and delays on anyone coming out to list my home.
Very poor management of my sales process. Discounted price = discounted service. Dont be fooled, these people are hurting those who have their own businesses as real estate agents. It's like the Walmart of RE.
The original person that I met with was not the person that I dealt with in the sales process. The inside agent was nice, but their lead broker was less than pleasant. We broke down and chose to unload the property taking a considerable loss in the process jus to be done. The lead broker put a high pressure pitch stating the home would be tied up in arbitration and legal issues if we did not accept the SECOND extension for the contract when funding could not be secured.
We were extremely satisfied with Redefy services!The service provided by Maggie and Melissa was easy, smooth and painless. I would highly recommend anyone to use Redefy. They have an awesome team who is knowledgeable and is very customer service oriented.

I would recommend Redfin above Redefy in every aspect of selling a home, although Redfin was not able to successfully sell our home.
Very disappointed as they lead me on repeatedly, that they wanted to list my home, but no show!
When I did speak to them, they did not seemed to be experienced and kept passing me off to differrent people that gave me the run around..

Went with Redefy for both a listing and a purchase in TX and AZ in July 2015. We not only were able to purchase a home in AZ, but were able to list and sell our TX home while on vacation in AZ. The grand total of time our house was listed before it sold was 36 hours. The people that both offices worked with were awesome at their jobs as well, ensuring all paperwork was available on time and allowing for a quick seamless closings on both ends. UPDATE/BEWARE; On the same day that I posted this, two young ladies from Redefy have called me about it. The last one only called to argue with me and tell me that I was being dishonest.. If you post something about them be ready for their phone calls to begin... It seems they can find lots of time for you at that point, weird....
