He provided several options and each of them was very decent. I decided to rent my place for a little bit, but I will definitely ask for their help when I sell the property.

This review is way over due considering we moved into our new home in June 2016. We had a horrible experience with our first lender who after 6 months of building and planning, was extremely non-responsive to our questions, comments or concerns. After some deep thoughts, we decided to move forward and try to purchase outright rather than build. I found a listing that was attached to Clarissa Lupton and it was almost like God had made a better plan for us. We were about to give up and just go back to renting when I ran across a listing and ended up contacting Clarissa. This will make my 3rd home in 17 years and Clarissa Lupton was by far, the most professional and responsive realtor I've ever had the pleasure to work with. She was quick in responding to our request, set up listings for us to view within a few days and after 4 hrs of viewing on a Saturday, helped us get an offer in within hours of making our selection. She then put us in touch with Blake (Supreme Lending) and less than 45 days later we were moving in. This woman is top notch, does what she says, when she says... and has a team of experts at her disposal who are more than capable of getting the job done. Kudos Clarissa- "our new realtor for life."
