I am not fond of chain restaurants. But this Chili's is busy every time I go in there. The bar is a cool place to sit at or eat it. And if you like asparagus you have got to try their fried asparagus! It is delicious!
Great service!! Specially from Bree our waitress, she went on and beyond did an excellent job taking care of us. She was amazing!!!
Family friendly place. Our server was awesome. Food was on time and delicious. Great service. What else can you ask for? Restrooms were so clean. Manager came to ask us how was the food. Overall 5 stars.
My thing is this... if you're at work to make a quick buck, then you'll always be hating your job if it doesn't go your way. Especially with that attitude.... my request was simple... I didn't like the experience because I asked for water with "no" ice as usual. Then the waitress brings it with ice. I've mentioned to her that I didn't want ice, then she responded..."you should've mentioned it earlier" WHILE she was walking away from my table & talking to the other guest at the other table. When she returned, I told her that she didn't have to respond that way and she just ignored me.... a simple apology would've been nice. I didn't ask for much.
Closes EARLY (10 PM). I suggest to everyone arrive at 21:45 , as in come in close to 22:00 and the service will speed up. The staff is complaining within earshot and you can hear the manager in the kitchen with a bad attitude about my order. The server was very friendly... but apparently there are no culinary professionals as the server did not ask me how I would like my smokehouse burger cooked.... Temperature. This is a sad trend in service at all Chili's happening in this area. I can see my server is efficient and her ability to multi task is good. And she came back to let me know the status of my order at 10 minutes. The time on my Southern Smokehouse Burger from input to service should be approximately 16 minutes.... 17 minutes and waiting.... 18 minutes service... fries- cold.... Burger COLD.
