Great place to eat Bar-B-Que. The smoked turkey is amazing. I love the green bean casserole that I normally would only eat around the holidays but can enjoy pok-e-jo's anytime I'm in the Austin area. Everything I have tried there is delish. Great staff, friendly, service with a smile.
Excellent bbq...I love their sausage wraps and sides. Definitely my favorite bbq joint this side of Austin.
Nice little BBQ place to visit with nice employees with a cafeteria style ordering system. They have homemade lemonade which is really good. A 3-Meat plate with an extra side & drink is about $21, so it is an expensive lunch - of course remembering all BBQ is an expensive lunch (it is meat after all), so all in all it us a good value. The pork ribs were fantastic, but the turkey was dry and not very good. I am a huge fan of sausage, but the sausage was just horrible, as in I did not even eat it. Other people have said it was great, so maybe I just got a bad link.

Couldn't recommend this Pok-E-Jo's more. The hospitality level of the staff is off the charts; I can't think of anywhere else I would think "the service here is really good." The food is good -- especially the sides, which are mediocre at many bbq places -- and the kids love the place. Clean, sports on TV, fast counter service. Highly, highly recommend.
