The mango margarita is really good, the ceviche is good as well. The food is not lacking. I checked my bank statement and noticed that the waitress added to the tip I left her. I called the restaurant and was told by the morning manager that they would leave a message for the night manager to look into it, they never did or at least they never called me back to resolve the issue. I used to be a waitress and altering tips is unacceptable. The fact that the manager did nothing to change what happened is appalling. I'm not ever going back to this restaurant. That is not just bad customer service but that is ILLEGAL.
I went out to eat for a family get together. It was a pretty large group. They accommodated us pretty well. I ordered the shrimp fajitas, that plate was delicious. The food looked good and smelled good throughout the table, but the service was horrible! I don't remember the kid's name but he looked like he was fresh out of high school. I had to ask for water twice because he kept walking off and forgetting. He also took advantage of the large bill to recommend some ridiculous tip amount. He tipped himself over 20% of the bill. He's lucky any of us tipped him because he sure as hell didn't earn it.
Me and my husband are from Fort Worth on Sunday night 11/12/17 around 9:30 pm. We were in Austin for one night for a show. Decided to go here, the service was awful! The table on the patio was leaning so i could not put my drink in front of me or it would slide. The food was alright, beans and rice were gross, fajita meat was good. They were out of coke and suggested to us bottle coke that would cost $3.00 per bottle so we chose water. Salsa was $1.99 which is ridiculous. Most places in Texas its free people!! Wanted $16.00 for Enchiladas, seems very pricey. To top it off our check was $29 and some change we did not leave a tip and apparently the waiter wrote in a tip for himself because my bank account said $32.22! The waiter was a tall skinny guy with long hair and wore a hat. We will never go back to a place that allows waiters to work there that steal!!
Over priced and not very good. I ordered a shredded chicken enchilada plate and the plate had two enchiladas both with maybe two thin strands of chicken the rest was onions. I'm not a picky eater, The menu said it had onions so I knew to expect some onions but I didn't think I'd be ordering onion enchiladas. I know I won't be ordering that plate again. The server was horrible. Not once did he ask how the food was, he didn't even refill our water, but he was so quick to suggest over 20% of the bill as a tip. Safe to say I will not be eating there again.
The best in the whole world and real. Very addictive and addictive. I come here like 3 times every week for 3 years now. I never got tired of it. Triple highly recommended. You will love it.
