I've been coming for 6 yrs! The Manager and Benjamin knows what I like to eat and the service is excellent. I love how clean and welcoming everyone is. I am currently pregnant with my third child and I will be here every week. I love Serranos! Amazing seating area outside. Great for children and date night. Great job y'all.

Very disappointing! My friend and I went to Serranos on Saturday night for a drink and nachos. My total bill was $20.29 - for the tip I left cash. Sunday evening while I was checking my account I noticed that Serranos charged me $46.00 for a $20.29 bill. When I called this morning and spoke to the Manager and seemed unconcerned, he even stated that this sort of thing happens all the time in restaurants. That I should wait until Wednesday to see if the charge of $46.00 was credited back and that the $20.29 was billed.
You know, I've lived in Austin for 33 years and have always stopped in for a nice margarita and some nachos. But after the unfriendly - uncaring service I just experienced today, it's off my list of restaurants. Watch your debit/charge cards for extra charges!
I live in the area and LOVE Serrano's - the food is always great! I love their salsa!!! Mia was our last server and she was so friendly and very attentive! Even though they were busy she made us feel like we were her only table.
Everything was very good. And the food came out faster than any place I've ever been. Ever.
