Good gumbo with Sausage. All kinds of homemade on-site sausage and Cajun food. Great boudin rice balls.
Love the gumbo. Jambalaya is good to but only served on Wednesday (would love to see it served every day). Meat market side is nice, good sausage.
They also offer a wide variety of house made sausages, both fresh and frozen, as well as a whole host of Cajun delicacies like Nacogdoches meat pies, etouffee, jambalaya stuffed chickens, and a bunch of dried beans and spices. As someone originally from the Gulf Coast, it's awesome to be able to get all the products I miss from back home.
Got the alligator po'boy because I love gator and this place knocked it out of the park. Not super expensive for some awesome Cajun cuisine. I will definitely be back for that gator sandwich. Missed out on the soft shell crab sandwich so that's on my "To eat" list. Great job yall.
Not much to look at, not a very good selection, and when I went to get poboys there I honestly felt sick for the rest of the night. Not the best experience...
Absolutely love this place and their products. I've had their Turducken for Thanksgiving and it's definitely a crowd pleaser.
They also serve hot food like a whole array of Po Boys and other Cajun classics. I've yet to try anything in the store, but the place is always busy.
