The basic Indian food and rice is good but thoroughly check your items if late night. The day shift is amazing and food, thus Naan are better prepared.
Although the food was very delicious as it always is. I was kind of grossed out that I saw two roaches crawling about as I was eating. One above the counter as I ordered and the other one as I was eating it fell from the ceiling onto the table. I brushed it off and stepped on it as the waitress watched me as she looked up from her phone and went back to scrolling. The food was good and usually always is. I just don't like to dine with bugs crawling around my food. Maybe invest in pest control....

As you can tell I am a Indian boy who misses his mother’s Indian food. I see Tejis as a place of hope to enjoy my native food. I know that no restaurant can compare to mother’s cooking, but the food they serve is unacceptable. When you with friends you should order separately, because they make your food and wait until all the groups order is finish. I get the wraps because of the cost effectiveness, and it ends up being soggy and disgusting. Even though that seems bad, it is probably the best part of Tejis. The service is not up to par and the people ignore the customers requests. The wait time for food is abysmal. I had to wait 45 minutes just to get my food. The thing is it is consistently late. I am so tired of waiting for an hour just to get decent Indian food. They really need to improve their order times before I come back again.
I was recommended to get the butter chicken. It was a pleasant experience and is definitely filling. The prices are a bit steep for what you get. This is definitely a place I would keep going to...just not that frequently. --3.75 stars
