Food was ok... burgers were cold and my order was incorrect, good thing I didn't go through the drive through which leads to... my wife had to use the ladies restroom and let's just say the toilet was backed up with stuff still in it. When the servers were made aware of it, they just shrugged, which is fine because they were busy(?) However all the while we ate are food not once did anyone go and clean it.

Brenda along with the shift leader Julia (I think that's her name) Were being very rude to me because my card wouldn't go through. I explained to them that there was money on this card and tried to show them this proof in which they completely ignored me and were continuing to argue with me over this fact. They finally ran the card with two separate transactions after realizing that thi was a user error. I'm HIGHLY offended with the customer service and the attitude I have received today, especially coming from a shift lead.
Great whataburger food as expected! The cashier that took my order (Brianna maybe not spelled that way) took every specification I asked of with ease and her manager (Isabel) was very supportive of both her staff and customers which is an honest gift.
This place is amazing!! Honest VERY FRIENDLY STAFF! Every time I come my food is always very on time and very fresh. Definitely a place to bring the family. Very accurate and very efficient from most restaurants regardless of how busy it gets. Restaurants should take into consideration on how they can train their staff like they do here. They're SO nice here! Especially their worker Samantha Mireles. I purposely request for her to take my order. She actually takes consideration into my orders, actually cares, and is SO nice and friendly. Manager material. She definitely needs a promotion and definitely a raise!!
