My new favorite shoe store. They have all types of different Birkenstocks and more! Prices are not too bad . They have a lot of clearance items. Cindy is amazing! She help me find exactly what I wanted.
I came in to get a pair of Birkenstocks I received for Christmas exchanged for a different size. I'm drawing a total blank on the employee's name, but she had short, dark hair and was very pleasant to work with. She helped size my feet and make sure that I had shoes perfectly sized for me. She also took the time to teach me how to properly care for my new shoes and never made me feel rushed even though they were busy. I will definitely shop here again.

I went in today because I had a gift card to another store (with no locations in Austin), and wanted to make sure that I would order the right size shoe. It's a totally crappy thing to do, going into a store to get fitted so that you can spend money at another store, I know. I was upfront with the employee about what I needed and instead of being annoyed and rude (which I would totally understand and not blame her for at all) she helped me find the right size and answered my questions. I know I did a lame thing, and I apologized to the woman who helped me because I've worked retail and I know how annoying it is. She was great and the store was clean and organized, and I will definitely be going back for all future birkenstock needs! Thanks for being local and employing great people :)
Love love love the shoes. The compression socks are fantastic ! I dont mind paying the price, bc the relief is amazing.
