I was in Marmi's today and unfortunately had the first bad experience of 10 years of good experiences. I am a faithful and avid shopper of Marmi shoes and love the Vaneli brand. Today, when shopping, I was insulted by a very rude, arrogant and condescending comment from a Store Manager that I had not seen before, when I inquired about the material of a shoe boot I was interested in. I live in the neighborhood and have shopped at this Arboretum store for 10 years now and I would just like to remind the store manager that having a customer friendly and customer focused attitude sells shoes. Her attitude is representing the Marmi store chain. Reputation is everything. This rating reflects today's experience only. I have ALWAYS received excellent service from the other two ladies that work there so today's experience was very disappointing.

Amazing customer service! Super helpful, very friendly, and if something damaging happens to your purchase within a reasonable time frame, they are very accommodating to help you. Thank you Marmi!!! I'll be back for more.
I'm visiting Austin and had a pair I was going to mail back , but then decided to find a store here to which I could return them. I walked in and was there for about 10 minutes or more before being greeted. There were only 3 customers in store. In Houston I'm greeted when I come through the door. Everyone is!
Once I was finally acknowledged by one of the two sales clerks there, she apologized for not speaking or offering assistance. It was by far a weak response in my opinion. The two women could've easily spoke within a couple of minutes of my entrance and said they'd be with me shortly. That's just common courtesy!
