horrible customer service pretty much got cursed out by one of the employees for asking about some shoes.

Go in and check this place out for yourself. This is the coolest shoe store I have been to in a while. Don't be scared of the reviews on here. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.
Not even three steps into the store I'm checked out by all the workers. I'm walking around the store, looking for shoes and during the process I see many workers throwing rubber bands and talking about other costumers. I then finally find a pair of Jordans and ask for my size and they don't have my size. I'm not mad that they didn't have my size, but after reading the reviews from this store I know that this happens to many other customers. I really don't understand how this store has loyal customers after the rude employees and especially the rude (African American) Manger. Once the manger told me "The only time I see you in this store is when we're doing raffles", but when I plan on buying shoes they never have my size. The employees lack knowledge of customer service, but they don't lack knowledge of shoes... thank god. After leaving the store I'm then stuck trying to exit a cramped parking lot that is extremely small. Of course there's good things about this store is that the inside is clean and modern and they allow many sneakerheads in central Texas a opportunity to buy rare shoes. My overall experience was extremely awkward and I for sure plan on not going again, and hopefully you don't plan on it either.
