Hope you Know exactly what you want, cause if you dare ask for help, they are rude and act like its a bother. Granted their prices are fair, I'd rather go to a foot locker and pay high prices for better customer service that will help me in finding what I need.
After spending hours at this store and about $300 on shoes, my cell phone was "misplaced." The staff/manager where horrible! The manager required I call the police if I wanted her to help me find my phone... after the phone call was made and I made the staff aware I called the police my phone 'magically' appears. However, it is now damaged. I cannot even use my phone. After taking this matter to the corporate to make them aware of the type of staff working at the store all I got was a customer service rep. who accused me of lying about the who thing! BEWARE when shopping here- and watch your person belongings! They will be STOLLEN by the STAFF!!!!
Can always get good deals on shoes...especially with the coupons
I actually have not bought shoes here but I do love that they have a basketball net game in the back.
Well I had an amazing experience at first but that same day I was looking for some shoe but there were out of stock so the young lady sead that she could order them for me so she did so I gave here my info but I haven't been There in a long time so I guess I haven't updated my info but she never sead that there were going to email me to receive my shoes or that there were not going to call me that everything is done by email so I came in the store all confused were are my shoes I orders 3 weeks ago I got told that they put them up because I never came but how was I going to come if they never informed me so yea . That's read Dick you list . I think they should inform the staff more better . Or even ask to see if you're info is correct .
