Zero stars! Two thumbs way the fu€% down!I'm sorry but if UPS and FED EX are able to successfully figure out how to ring doorbells and knock on doors loud enough...so can you! It becomes Infuriating when our bank accounts are charged for the order, you then cancel the order when you are "unable to deliver" (this has happened to us THREE times now! EVERY single time someone HAS been at the house and never even heard a knock. Two of these times I have had UPS drop off packages during your delivery time without a problem at all! I heard their knock just fine!) You then leave me with ZERO of the items I have ordered, but take 5 f@#king days to refund my account while making the reorder process overly complicated -as if we are the ones needing punishing!! Screw US?!?! No screw you! When I cancel Amazon Prime it will be entirely because of the Austin Texas Amazon Distribution Center!! -and the bizarre way they can't seem to grasp the basic concept of how to knock on a door or ring a god damn doorbell!
They are very organized here, I've only had good experiences with them.
Needs more parking and sometimes tricky entering/exiting parking lot
