I would recommend Lone Star storage to anyone in the metro Austin area. I used their facility for one year storing a truck and a 6 X 8 unit and never had a problem. The office gals were very friendly and polite even when I would foget my unit number more often than not. Reasonable rates, conveniently located and very secure. Excellent customer service.
The staff at Lone Star storage are great people who interact with their customers like they are humans instead of a $$$$. Their prices are really reasonable and the storage area I rented was clean and pest free. I also felt comfortable knowing that my property was always safe and secured. I will always tell people that the Lone Star storage has reasonable prices and that it's the best place to store your personal property. I will always use their storage.

I am very disappointed because they said anything to get your contract but later you will find out things are really bad, for example they assure you they have surveillance cameras to protect your property.Not true,they have only two cameras but only one works, none in the back of the facility. Recently there was a break in, they stole property from 28 of their storages and the owner/manager admitted to the police in a news interview that only one camera was working which made nule their “security” in my opinion they were unethical and neglected us as customers not taking care of the proper maintenance of the surveillance cameras. They handled the break in in a very unprofessional way. Nobody from the manager office ever call us to inform us about the break in or what to do the days after. All I learned was through the news on TV. If we add that the drives up are in very bad condition, uneven,with big holes -I fell- and hurt myself-which makes very difficult to load or unload your merchandise and the fact that the storages are lined up in rows and at the end of each row there is not space to turn around your truck or car,which makes also a big problem because after unloading you have to back up your truck or car and is so difficult with the very narrow driveways and all the junk cars they have parked on the way almost blocking them. Of course if there is already a car loading or unloading you wont be able to pass thru and you will have to come back to unload your property at another time or wait until the other customer finishes. Then you will be very disappointed as I am of this bussines
