A real bike shop. Prices very reasonable, and they will make sure you are happy. Competitive prices on new bikes, great deals on used ones. They are in it because they love bikes, not because they passed the interview process.
to them with. That’s great, but that alone is really jus the necessary checkbox to check for a 4, not 5 star rating. The difference comes from the fact that never ever once have I had to argue with them over taking care of any of the aforementioned issues; they were on it like white on rice.
Great bike shop - my girlfriend has bought two bikes from here. The staff is very knowledgeable and they will take care of you. If you are gonna buy a bike - I'd highly recommend it from here - you'll get a great deal and if you have any problems, they'll be quick to fix it.

I took some old bikes here and used the credit toward the purchase of a great previously owned bike that was perfect. Owen helped me outfit it with everything I needed. He was very informative, professional and appreciative of my bringing the bikes. Great, courteous service. This place is a gem! Strongly recommend.

It seems that these days I get to hand out one star reviews like candy on Halloween, and the 5-star ones are getting ever more rare. I also don’t write 5-star reviews after just one experience with a business.
