I was pleasantly surprised with the buying/delivery process buying my new car. Everyone seemed intent on giving me a positive experience. I had a new associate to the company who requires more training. I was patient with him which gave him the opportunity to learn but he really needs to pay more attention to the details as well as listening more to what his customers want. Bonita Allen took over the sale and went the extra mile to make sure I got the car I really wanted and followed through with all the details that Marcus needed to be reminded to complete. Chris Gonzalez is a great member of the Capitol Chevrolet family. He was very thorough explaining all the technology in the 2018 Equinox and is intent on making sure that I have every question I have answered when I need them answered. These people are great! I have been using Capitol Chevy for service on my 2 trucks for 13 years now. My advisor, Joey has always done a great job keeping me informed. Jeff, the tech that usually handles all my service, has never disappointed. Everyone is so friendly and happy to explain any issues that my trucks may have. Although I have never had to do any major work to either of my 2 GM trucks, I will be sure to use Capitol Chevy for anything that comes up!
