The only reason they are receiving more than one star is due to the price we paid for our vehicle. Other than that, they do not communicate with their customer very well. Before we bought the vehicle the check engine light was on, they said they would have it fixed and when we brought it home it was off. Three days after bringing it home the light comes back on and now after driving it for a month two other problems have come up. We have let them know about these problems and they refused to fix them. I would not recommend this place, it seems like they just want to take your money.
Awsome service will help out anyone they can tommie. The owner and chris are awsome to work with and left with a car
Let me first say that if I could give these guys ten stars I would. Little back ground. It was time to retire the old Ford. I also have over a half century of driving experience along with buying and selling my own cars. The gray hair says it all. So on their lot I find a sweet little Mazda 3 at my budget price. Took it for the test ride, loved it, but noticed the brake pedal was a bit low. The salesman Tomas told me they would make it right. Both of us figured it just needed some new pads. No big deal. Picked it up a couple of days later (new pads and rotors on rear). Felt better but not quite sure. Drove it around over the weekend and took it to my mechanic for an oil change and a look over the next week. He said the car was sound but yes, something was off on the braking system. He said he would need some serious time to diagnose it and suggested I give Drive 512 a call first. I did. Tommy, the owner, told me to bring it right back in. When I got there Tomas handed me the keys to a loaner off the lot and said they would need the car for a few days to have one of their brake specialists go through it and determine what the issue was. But we’ll make it right. Long story short a few days turned into a couple of weeks. They got several specialists involved including Mazda, replaced several parts that were borderline but probably serviceable, and finally as a last resort, replaced the ABS module and pump. That was not a cheap swap. Apparently the brilliant auto engineers that designed the system didn’t bother to figure out away to test it. Swapping parts is 1960’s tech. I know that’s what we did back then. But that’s what the problem was. During this whole time I was never without wheels, never missed a day of work, and their staff kept me updated every step of the way. They made it right. I dare anyone to find another dealer, especially the major company ones, that will stand behind that promise to a customer. I hadn’t till now. Thank you Drive 512 Auto Ranch
