I worked closely with Jesse buying a mini van, he took such great care of us! He went over and beyond in many different areas and treated us like we were special clients. He was accessible, warm, knowledgeable, and service oriented. I highly recommend him! We also love this dealership because they are very client focused and provide spaces for you as you wait that are above and beyond what other dealerships offer. They have a fun kids area, an amazing coffee bar, and room to enjoy your coffee and snacks. They were attentive and want to make you have the best experience. And we love our van!! It was an awesome experience.
I am a 2009 existing customer of First Texas Honda and knew when the time came for me to buy another car that I would return back to this dealership. On Friday, July 21, 2017 I went into the dealership and was greeted with smiles and was introduced to Gregory Powell. Greg was GREAT and he gave me the best customer service that anyone has ever given me. He set me up with my car and then introduced me to his Sales Manager (I cannot remember the Sales Manager's name, but he was GREAT to me also and wanted to make sure I was taken care of). When I was ready to leave with my new car I was introduced to Latoya Valdez who was GREAT in helping me with getting me more familiar with my car. There were times when I was just standing in the lobby area waiting and was asked by several employees if I needed anything. Art was GREAT in Finance and Anthony was GREAT in the service department too.
