My husband and I are Honda people. We have owned six Hondas (4 for us and 2 for our at-the-time teenage children). We keep our cars about 10 years. So we were in the market to buy a new Honda. We weren't sure if we wanted the Odyssey or the Pilot. Scott showed us both cars and then Johan took over the next time we went in. We took items that we normally pack when traveling to see how it all fit. Johan was very patient. We test drove both cars. We liked both cars but decided on the 2017 Pilot. Negotiating on the contract took a while but not too long. We never felt pressured by Johan. We are happy with the car. All in all, it was an easy experience.
Initially contacted Howdy and several other Honda dealers in Texas and New Mexico looking for the best price. Dina Dillard did a great job on my car. Unlike with my previous purchases, I had some very specific requirements. Of course she is a VERY good sales person and offered me all the extras that I already knew I didn't need but also was very respectful about not being pushy once I defined what I wanted. I got a fair price even though they ended up having to order from the factory to meet my specs. Dina clearly set expectations on dates for the factory order and communicated status throughout. And the vehicle was delivered for the cost specified with no "surprises". This is the third time in a row I've ended up at Howdy. I always shop around and they always end up doing the best on price when I factor everything in. I've got a 2007 CR-V, 2011 Civic, and 2017 CR-V from Howdy. While other manufacturers are closing the gap on Honda, it is still better than the rest of the cars for "regular" people. And if you are going to buy a Honda, Howdy will easily be the best around. I'll probably be contacting Dina again soon to add another vehicle to my family fleet.
I have been working with Brad Plauche for almost 5 years now. He is the only person I would ever trust for this kind of investment. He is knowledgeable, kind, personable, and just all around fantastic! I highly recommend this facility. The employees are all helpful and nice, and very approachable! This location is actually pretty far from my house, but I make the trip because it's worth it! I use them for service as well and love it!
Seriously, night and day from when I bought my last car. I had started my research a few months before. I reached out to Howdy Honda because I knew I wanted a Honda. Justin Fuller was the one who responded over email and left a voicemail. He did not harass me over email which is so nice because I hate even giving my email because of that. Few weeks later, saw a few cars I wanted, I emailed him and he said yes we have them in stock, let me know if you want to come in. I surprised walked in one day, Justin was super attentive and quick to respond. I drove a few cars, knew the one I really wanted. He was super patient, let me leave and do my research on my own so I would feel comfortable, come back, leave again etc. I had a trade in that I didn't think they were going to give me a lot for, which they gave me more than I expected. Whether it was more on my car, or less on the one I was buying I don't know, but either way it made me feel okay about it. David in finance was really great about helping me get the payment I wanted, with good interest and is just a really nice person in general, which is great for the finance person. They explained the extras but there wasn't crazy pressure. I just felt really good about the whole thing, the car I got and the payment. After the experience I had the last time I went to a dealership 10+ years ago buying a new car I was so hesitant. Everyone was friendly, even those that weren't helping me. Thank you Howdy Honda, you guys really are great and I LOVE my new Fit. :)

We came from San Antonio to check their 2017 inventory, but by surprise they had 2018’s right on the lot. I came looking for a Honda Civic and was happy with my EX-L purchase which the dealership already had tinted the windows. Love love love my experience at Howdy Honda. Very hospitable for a dealership with smiles all around.
