I got my car back with fresh oil, rotated tires, vacuumed and washed (and stickered). Aside from the price miscommunication, the appointment was snafu free with friendly, professional and attentive staff. I would have given five stars if not for the pricing matter.
Staff was attentive, and Jason (I believe that was/is his name) checked in with me a couple of times during my wait to give me updates, which I appreciated. They said I might be there two hours, but I was out of there in less than an hour and a half, which was a nice surprise.
She asked if I had the email with me, and I did not. She told me there was no special, and that people from another city take the appointments and sometimes information does not get relayed properly. I just looked at my email again before writing this review and here's what it says:

Jason even removed my old registration sticker and put the new one in place, which I appreciated; I have been driving around with it tucked into my visor, worried about being pulled over (I could never remember to buy a razor blade to remove the old one).
Esteban was my salesman and he was extremely friendly and informative and he wasn’t pushy at all. Very nice change for once.
They need to fix this miscommunication. Harrumph. At any rate, the waiting room was clean, and seating comfy. Complimentary chilled water and hot coffee. The only negative with that is the Jerry Springer show was blaring o the TV.
Salesmen were not anywhere near the stereotype! They were helpful and did not pressure me in any way. The Finance Manager was a genius and got my rate almost a full 10 point less than what I was getting trying to get it on my own. Great product and great people!!!

It was time for an oil change for my 2015 KIA Soul. Making the appointment was easy, and I received a confirmation email, which I liked.
Even though they are under construction and renovation they got me in quickly. They were able to fix my car in less than a day. The park is crazy and they are working out of mobile minis but overall it was great. The shuttle ride was nice, I didn’t have to sit and wait. I recommend this location over the north location on 183. They were really friendly and nice.

I arrived on time, got signed in quickly. The person who checked me in said the oil change and tire rotation would cost $39.95. I told her I thought I remembered my confirmation email saying the oil change and tire rotation special would be $29.95.
I just want to say that this is the best car buying experience I have ever had. Worked with JD Juarez, and he made everything so easy. He genuinely cared about trying to get me the car I wanted, and did everything he could to make my dream come true. It never felt like he was just trying to make a sales pitch to put me something I didn't want or felt pressured to buy. The Manager was also great, the whole staff I encountered were so nice. Highly Highly recommend! Proud owner of a new Kia Soul!
