Dee was so amazing by finding me the PERFECT vehicle when I emailed her in the morning and told her what I wanted, and I was able to purchase my vehicle 8 hours later. She found me my perfect dream Explorer, exact specs I wanted, and was able to meet me at Leif Johnson Ford Truck City by 7pm instead of getting the vehicle shipped to Leif Johnson. Wesley at Truck City made the paperwork painless and super quick! The transaction took place so quickly, they were unable to detail my vehicle, so Wesley allowed me to come in the next day and have my car detailed! The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. That is, every time I went AFTER I bought my car. They were super attentive at time of purchase when they were making the sale, yet afterwards zero regards, completely careless. If you go in for service, expect nothing less than a 3 hour wait ( and that’s with appointment. If you give them a ring, expect to be on hold for 30 minutes. If they change your tire, expect a blowout in the first week. They will never give you a direct answer and over-complicate the simplest service. Will avoid at all costs.
DANGER WILL ROBINSON! This place is the worst! I took it in with a the car already being diagnosed by another mechanic which I told them! Asked them to give me an estimate on how much it would be to fix that, a brake light, and a blinker. I dropped it off at 8:30, I told them not to touch or do anything to the car until they called me with an estimate and got the go ahead. 2 rolls around still have heard nothing, I call them, they give me the run around, can’t find my service consultant Jamie and have no idea what’s going on with the car, they tell me they will have JAMIE call me back... 5:16 rolls around still haven’t heard anything, I call back takes them 10 minutes to find Jamie he says the parts gonna be 4,000 I tell him not to touch the car and just fix the lights. I hang up, then decide I don’t want them touching my car at all because I don’t trust them. Call them back within 5 minutes tell them not to touch my car I’m on my way to pick it up I don’t want them to fix anything. I show up 5 minutes later the guy proceeds to tell me they had fixed the lights, wait for it AT 2:00 THAT DAY! Without my permission, and without calling me like I asked, they didn’t even tell me it was done when I called at 2:15! He then tells me it will be 115 extra for the diagnostic I didn’t ask for! I dropped 227 on work I never gave them permission to do, and they kept my car all day for no reason! Do not waste your time, or money here. Go to a local mechanic you trust, they will treat you right and like family! LEIF JOHNSON FORD SUCKS!!
