A surprisingly great experience. From start to finish - these guys were great... Brian, Craig and Bernardo all very kind, straight-shooting and incredibly FAIR players to deal with. Gave me about $5k more than I was expecting on my trade and put me in a sweet truck. No hard sells, no BS, no low-balling on the trade, pushing extended warranties, extra fees, etc. (I could list the sorry dealerships I've dealt with in this town and their underhanded ways). Glad now to be a part of the "Leif Johnson Family" as they put it.
I was already beginning to look for a new truck when my current truck unexpectedly quit and was not worth me putting the money in to it. I started searching around and came across Leif Johnson. I quickly liked a few vehicles they had on the lot. I put my information in and was immediately contacted by Carlos. Carlos was very attentive to what I needed and never once tried to sway me other wise. The first vehicle I tried to get into did not work financially, however I quickly found a second. They made the process very simple and between Carlos, Jason and myself, we made the deal happen. Very customer friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Hard to come by these days, but these guys made it happen.
