Compared to previous experiences with this dealership, this car buying experience was exceptional, very smooth and professional. I was called and asked if I still had my current vehicle, and if I would be interested in letting the dealership buy it. I went in, gave them the keys, let them appraise it, we walked around the lot to kick a few tires, we talked numbers, no pressure, and we had a deal. Fernando Duran Jr. (salesman) was on point the entire time, no empty promises, followed through on everything he said he would. I'd recommend this sales department.

John in the service department gets five stars for customer service! His follow up was amazing and he kept me informed every step of the way. My car was not seen as quickly as I would've liked it to be due to high volume traffic for recalls on my transmission. John kept me so well informed that the four day wait period for a transmission test drive did not upset me. Every company needs more employees like John. I will definitely go to him next time I need my vehicle serviced. Well done and thank you.

Jackie in the car service center helped me so much she made sure everything I needed was taken care of. She did follow up calls with me and let me know what was going on while my car was in their care so I was never left in the dark about the status of the work being done on my vehicle. This is the second time I’ve had work done on my car at this location and each time they are punctual and courteous.
