My wife purchased an Outlander about two months back. She spent extra to upgrade to Apple Carplay. Unfortunately, it HAS NOT worked since she bought it. That’s unacceptable. They blame Apple and if that’s the case, then they should make that a high priority because we aren’t the only ones having issues. After a little research, other Mitsu customers are having issues as well. There no plan, time frame, or communication about the fix. Worse purchase we’ve ever made!

Great experience with this staff! They provided snacks along with a nice TV area the kept my children occupied. David C., and Jason, was the miracle workers getting me into my new (2017) first car purchase with ease. They had everything set up for me all I had to do was test drive, pick a color, and agree, and sign off.
We went to about eight dealerships and spoke with about ten salesmen as we shopped for this car. The Roger Beasley salesmen at the Mazda and Mitsubishi dealerships were the most respectful, knowledgeable, patient, and reasonable, and we never felt pressured. It wasn’t even close really. Jason at Mitsubishi and Collins at Mazda, as well as the staffs at both dealerships, do great work.
This dealership fired an employee for being transgender and the employee was discriminated against and harassed in the workplace. They are arguing in court that, even if harassment occurred, Title VII doesn’t protect transgender employees, and an employer is protected by the First Amendment when outing trans employees if a subsequent suit is filed.
