A 1 star is the lowest it allowed me to rate this place. Sky's Auto Sales and Sales associate Sylvia are horrible to do business with. I gave $1500 down and made payments on something I have had problems with since a day one. Sylvia will stir you away from cars you like. When you talk to you after she makes you a sale she speaks to you like trash. Do not as mean do not go hear. There are cars on the lot that they know have problems with and people have brought the cars back and this was told to me from slyvia. Those customers got something else but her and Sky were not willing to accommodate me.
They were very helpful, courteous and answered all my car questions. Overall happy with my car. Keep up the great work.
From the start Sylvia is only focused on getting your money. My check engine light came on a day after I had the car. I took it back up to them and they were very reluctant to help. They argued with me for 3 days about my oil being changed and when they took it to get it changed they realized it had not been changed. I didn't get an apology for the mistake at all. They are all aware of the condition of the cars and won't let you know anything about it. They are all focused on the sale and not making the customer happy. All the sales associates are rude there including Sky, the owner. They are not willing to help you out in any way. I called to make a payment and Sylvia told me, " You know what, I think you just can't afford this car. I'm gonna tell Sky you wanna make payments when you want!" and hung up the phone in my face. This is not the first person or the first time that I have been hung up on while trying to resolve issues with them. Do not do business with them unless you want issues. Not good customer service at all!! I do not recommend them to anyone. I would rate 0 if I could.
It was a perfect experience. From beginning to end, it was great. The staff was extremely professional. will come back again.
Horrible place, really unorganized and trashy... I wouldn't recommend this place, owner and his assoiciates are rude and disrespectful. Irma was the worse one, she's unprofessional and has no clue how to do her job.
