Car dealerships have been a dreadful experience for me. That is until i came in to test drive the 2017 Hyundai Tuscon with Adam North. Adam showed me all of the specs, answered every question i had and when i told him i wanted to pray on it he was more than understanding. Needless to say i came back to buy and am 100% satisfied with my purchase. It's rare to have such an excellent buying experience but But that's exactly what i got!
I had a great initial experience here. Jay was very friendly, helpful, and engaging. He wasted no time and showed me exactly what I wanted to see on the lot. He was very knowledgeable about the car, the competition, and the leasing process. I plan on leasing a car from this dealership so I will update my review as that happens. Even though I purchased my Genesis in the Houston area I've been coming here for service as I live in Driftwood. The service department has been amazing.
