Purchased vehicle June 2017, is now September and still haven't received permenant tag or title, they have given me 3 temporary tags. FYI September 14 still no tag or title, called Texas tag/title office and no paperwork has been processed BUT did file complaint on txdmv.gov under dealers tab there is a quick online form. Help others especially after the hurricane to prevent them from making $$ from the families who are in need.
The are running a scam don't buy from them I waiting 6+ months for my title ended up getting a title bond.

Do not buy from these thieves! Dexter and his son Reggie are liars and scammers. They will sell you a fake 30 warranty on vehicles that don't work. TTL is also a scam, they don't register your car or vet plates. They just keep your money. If you threaten to sue they literally just say "get in line" .
I gave them one star because I couldn't give them ZERO!!! DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL BE SCREWED OVER!!! The salesman told my husband he had brain cancer and had to make a sale. Ok, so my husband buys the SUV pays tax and title (WE HAVE THE RECIEPT) and the guys says get a inspection done and bring it back. We do and it's been SIX FREAKING MONTHS. NO TAG. NO TITLE. NOTHING. THEY SIT AROUND SMOKE CRACK, PLAY DICE BUT CANT DO THEIR DAMN JOB. plus the SUV they sold us has had to have over 1000 worth of work done just to make it drive able. It's a freaking lemon! So they sold us a lemon, took our money for tt&l and we STILL DONT HAVE OUR TAG OR TITKE. FO NOT HO HERE!!!! THEY SUCK!!!!
