I bought a 2009 Toyota Tacoma and absolutely LOVE it! The down payment and monthly payment was a little higher than what I wanted BUT Tacoma's are hard to find because they are such great trucks. So far I love it! I dealt with Alyssa and Jesus'

To all new customers do not get a car from this dealership! they are very unprofessional and you will get nowhere with them do not waste your TIME MONEY or EFFORT,putting into this car dealership. Love my car! do not love the people I have never been disrespected as I have with this car dealership Diana is the manager for your payments and she could not be any Ruder then when I called to just talk to her about switching a payment date and she was uncomplete unprofessional. I just called 10 minutes ago and they did not even answer the phone they automatically put me on hold with the Third Coast Auto song that I've been listening to for now an hour. The person I can vouch for would be Johnny the manager and the automotive mechanics he is amazing and I would wish him the best to get out of this company before he will be ruined by the company this company needs Improvement tremendously let's start by getting all the bad apples out can't wait to pay this car off to be completely done with them. Will be trying to figure out how I can invest my money somewhere else. Again not a mad customer at all just in shock about how I'm professional this company can be
I regret buying a vehicle from this place. Unfortunately I still have to keep paying for it because I am not a crook like them. I have spent so much to replace all the broken parts on it. I called and no one answered their phone. I left messages for them to call me back and never received a phone call. I suggest anyone who wants to buy a car to please go somewhere else.
I would not suggest this dealership to my worst enemy. After a year of perfect payments I was less then 30 days past due with payment to be made in 3 days and they repossessed it. Heartless greedy scoundrels!!!! They dont mind taking your money, but dont expect leniency if you fall on hard times. Terrible place. Please spend your money with a better place.
Do not buy from here! 2 weeks ago I bought a jeep, looked great, Unfortunately we have now discovered that the undercarriage is rusted! The breaks, suspension, shocks etc are all compromised. When i called, the owner, Ken, said that I had no come back as I signed an 'as is' form. I had hoped that he would assist in the repairs, or preferably buy back the jeep. Very disappointing. I now have to trade it in for 1/3 of what i paid. Terrible customer service. He sold us a lemon, and refused to do anything about it. Do not buy from here.
