We were in the hunt for a first car for our son. After looking at many different options (online, used car dealers, Craigslist, private sellers) we stumbled across West Auto. My impression of this dealer, from the first phone call with Tito to after making the purchase follow-up, has been TOP NOTCH! I can't say enough good things about Tito and his professionalism, patience, attentiveness and sweet spirit! Even more impressive is that he didn't stop taking care of us and our purchase once he had cash in hand. He has called to follow-up on a minor repair they agreed to do after the purchase. In these times where there are so many deceptive, sheisty folks just out to make a quick buck I am thrilled to say that West Auto does not fit in that category. We got a nice solid car at a fair price from an honest dealer! Way to represent South Austin! Thanks Tito!! Youda man!!
Nichole the owner of West Auto Sales does not return her calls! In July of 2016 we were hired by West Auto Sales to repossess a vehicle in Utah. We have not been paid nor have any of our messages to West Auto Sales been returned by anyone. Each time out of the dozens of times I have called Paula advised that Nichole is the owner and she will have to call us back. I am now Lien Selling their car because of their lack of payment and complete lack of professionalism. I can only imagine how they treat their car buying customers.
West is a great place with a wonderful staff and affordable, quality vehicles. When something goes wrong, they do everything they can to make it right! I am thoroughly satisfied not only with my purchase but the service I have received from their staff.
I don't normally write reviews, but I wanted to write one about the customer service I had with one of the sales guys there. I bought a 2010 ford f-150 and they let me on a test drive and they even stayed open a little past their closing hours to work with me. I've stopped by a couple other dealerships but west autos had me sold. I appreciate the extra effort and will be referring friends and family here without question.
THEY ARE FRAUD... THEY ONLY CAR ABOUT GETTING MONEY THEY SALE LEMON VEHICLES.!!!!Purchased a vehicle on the 2nd of the month took it back on the 4th to find out that the engine needed to be replaced but rather then replacing it they only changed 2 lifters. After having the vehicle in the shop for almost 3 weeks i was told to pay another 750 before being able to keep the truck. Then was told by Paula that since she has good credit and purchased her vehicle from a real dealer she doesn't care what concerns people have with the vehicles they purchase from them they only care about getting paid. After all that i was done i left the Tahoe and had to start all over.
