I went in to purchase a tire they sold me a bad tire and then refused to answer my calls as if they were screening my number they answered the first time I called but when they realized I had just been there and was calling to complain they hung up and never answered again. These guys are nothing but rip-offs there are bunch of talk and no action. How I can go in there and purchase a product that is not up to standards and then them not replace it or do anything about it is beyond me. I will never use this place again and the reason they have 5 Star reviews is because they're having their friends and family go on and give them good reviews to cover up these bad ones.
These guys talk a good game, but their product does not stand up to the talk. Two out of the four tires I purchased you're no good and had bubbles in them. They refuse to do anything about it or even answer their phone. I had to go back into the shop why was told there was nothing that could be done my money had been wasted. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Balancing machine doesn't seem to work here. Go to NTB and pay them 45 bucks to balance your tires afterwards.

This shop is great. I was in a bind and needed a wheel and tire and they helped me out and got me a great deal. You won’t find customer service and deals like this at big shops and dealerships. Alex was awesome and super helpful. Highly recommend!
