They also went above and beyond and fixed a related issue at no additional charge. Very positive experience and would recommend them fully.
I was lucky to discover Ben White Automotive, Ron and his team have really made ends meet with my vehicle problems. We were using the Ford dealership for maintenance before but they would typically have my suv for over a week when Ben White Automotive has fixed my transmission in a matter of days! The folks at Ben White automotive did a fantastic job on my 2001 Chevy 3/4 Ton - I had not driven it a lot for long time and there was a good number of things that needed attention. The owner Ron was very clear in the communication, they made extra effort to not do things that were not necessary and so saved me money. I used the truck to drag a trailer to Colorado and it was perfect, and now its been several months and the Air Conditioning, Brakes, Windows are all working perfectly. I am so glad to find a repair shop that is very competent, has concern for what they are doing, and tries to save me money.
