These guys are total PROS!! i was acknowledged and told that they would be right with me, by several employees, they were busy to be sure, but they were not hurried or rushed they took care of customers quickly. I got a text when my tire repair was done and they drove my car right to me outside. Most Excellent customer service today!

Had a couple bad experiences but for the most part a good company to do business with. Not once have I got them the airbags tires up to the right pressure either after balancing and rotating. I drive a truck that has to have more air in back tires than front... it's always the exact same pressure as it was when I brought it in except the front tires have the pressure the back tires are supposed to have. Maybe they'll get it one day? Will keep going back till they do.
Came in at 8 am needed two front tires and had already purchased 2 a year prior. They gave me an awesome credit and came out with 4 at great deal. I also brought another vehicle back for balance and rotate was done by 10 am. Very busy location but very efficient. The customer service was phenomenal all associates were welcoming and were more than willing to answer every question I could possibly think of. This is what keeps me coming back for over 12 years. Discount Tire is the best place to buy tires, and they have the lowest prices too! They offer best warranty for a reasonable price on your new tires. Anything goes wrong with the new tires; they will fix them or replace them, no questions asked! The only bad thing is the wait, but Applebee's and McDonald's is within walking distance. If you don't like to wait, have someone pick you up and come back to pick up your car later.
