I took my car to this place which only needed a new thermostat and two hoses. The price for the hoses are no more than $20 each, and no more than $10 for the thermostat ($50 approx.) Those pieces are easy to put together, and I was going to get charge $482. I refused the service, and they did not even try to negotiate to solve the problem. When I went to pick up the car they did not even say anything to me. It is a pity that they treat a client in this way, since not only do they lose a client, they lose more than one.
These guys are GREAT! Dealership said I needed thousands in repairs. (NEVER believe what a dealership or one of those box stores tries to convince you is needed!) I was terribly anxious about finding a shop where there are honest/trustworthy people. (Actually found these guys thanks to the "NextDoor" app.) Surprise: I needed only 2 things of the things on list the dealership gave me; and those two things were just about 1/2 of what I was told it would cost at the dealership. I found the customer service to be kind, considerate and very nice! . . . overall they made a pleasant experience out of something I was absolutely dreading! THANKS GUYS!!
I experienced great honest customer service from him and those that did the work.
These guys are absolutely amazing. I went to the competition prior to visiting these guys and got quoted one thousand dollars more then what I paid at Foundation Auto Repair. The guys at the desk are some of the nicest guys I have met and Dan, the owner, is super friendly as well. These guys will be my go to guys from now on. I normally hate when people say "they feel like family" but for these guys I will say, they treated every customer that walked in as if they where family. Many people that walked in while I sat in the lobby where returning customers, the employees knew the guys names as well as vehicle from memory - even the ones who had not been in for months.
I would highly recommend them for your automotive needs.
Thank you for getting me on the road again.
My transmission shift cable malfunctioned and the team at Foundation Automotive got me back on the road as quickly as possible.
Robert helped me out and got my car checked in quickly and followed up with me on a reasonable quote for the work to be done.
Really good service. Took my old beater pickup in for rear brakes, they decided that all I needed was break cleaning and adjust. Saved me $100. Shop looks pretty good and the mechanics seem friendly and pretty knowledgeable. Going to take my Prius to them and see if they can salvage it.
