The best service I have ever received at an auto shop. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Even though I didn't end up getting my car repaired, Krystal was really helpful in giving me information on all of my options and helping me understand everything along the way. Thanks Friendly's!!!
Remarkable service. Krystal was beyond nice and was very accommodating. She explained everything well and did a great job of not talking down or explaining something beyond my knowledge. The service was great, the more I talked to Krystal and other team members the more confident I became in the work being done on my car. I was never pressured to buy anything (even though I did in fact need it all) and the rationale for any service or replacement was very clear. Pricing was very fair and the warranty on the service just further upped my already high faith in the work done. While I sure hope I don't have to, I will return here without question if my vehicle needs advanced service again. Easily worth the drive across town.
All I wanted was to find an honest repair shop that wouldn't rip me off and give me the runaround. I didn't find it at Friendly's. A friend recommended a shop up north so I took my truck there and I couldn't be happier. Spent less than my Friendly's estimate and it included all four shocks and my front main seal oil leak. He was straightforward, honest, and fair. I'll never recommend Friendly's.
I recently needed a auto repair shop in Austin for my son who lives there to have some front end work on a Ford Ranger, after searching the web i found Friendly's who had great reviews so i gave them a call from where i live in N.H.2000 miles away for a quote. I spoke with Allen who was very prompt on my estimate returning my call within a few hours. I decided to have the work done there and i am glad i did.The mechanic was honest and was told some of the work i requested did not need to be done at this time so the money saved there went towards a front brake job.I also was sent pictures via text of all the old parts coming off and all the new parts going on. I was very impressed. Also the total cost came well under a local Ford dealership's estimate. This will be my son's new shop for any future repairs.Keep up the great work Friendly's!
I love this place. We go really far out of our way since we moved too still take our cars here. The personnel and service are Superior
Went to Friendly's with a list of needed repairs and asked for a quote. They said I should pay $65 for a bumper to bumper inspection. The estimate they gave me was incomplete and incorrect. It listed all of the things that I told them about, and it stated that I needed to pay another $55 diagnostic fee to find the oil leak and $55 to find the vacuume leak. My repairs were already around $2000, which I would've been happy to pay, but I also have to pay over $100 on individual diagnostics for every little thing? The estimate was also wrong because it said I didn't need shocks. My truck is a 2003 with almost 200,000 miles and the shocks are original. The manager insisted that she was trying to save me money by not including the shocks that didn't need replacing. The estimate also showed that I needed front brakes and rotors which were prioritized as #1, but the manger said I didn't really need rotors. Make up your mind!
