I asked if I could do my own masking and was told "sure." I got there in the morning and masked off most of the car in the parking lot and was told they'll have to remove it all. My car sat in their shop for days before being worked on. I wish they'd told me when they could get to it, and I would have dropped it off then. After picking up my car, I started noticing items I left in my car were missing. I had to go back to the shop to pick up my items. Trim which I removed was installed without permission and incorrectly, damaging the clips. I got reimbursed for the clips. Side moldings were painted, which weren't painted originally and I didn't request it. They gave me a lifetime warranty (7 years) on those, but I doubt I would ever go back there for any kind of service. Overspray on rims, wheel wells, suspension, door handles, muffler, trim, weatherstrip, fender and rear panel. The body work looks great. 95% of the paint looks great. I was told they fixed paint-cracking on the rear bumper at no charge.
