These guys always set me up right. The other meineke on Ben White and i35 quoted me $550 for just a single muffler swap... Completely ridiculous. These guys charged me a quarter that price and got it done in an hour. The employees here are down to earth and will just tell you like it really is. I've done business here twice now and I'd definitely come back.
I needed my Y pipe replaced in my truck. These guys are hard to beat. Had my truck in and out very fast. And everyone was extremely courteous. Thanks fellas.
I have always had great customer service and care at this location. How ever, a little over a year ago I got a tune up done on my car to prevent future issues. Problem is though they used the wrong spark plugs... This caused a chain reaction of my coil packs going bad, frying out my catalytic converter. So after having my car die in traffic, I wound up paying out around $3,000 on parts, labor, cab rides, and ect... I contacted the meineke customer service. All they had to say was " sorry to hear about that." I understand that mistakes happen. But your mistake not only robbed me of $3,000, but also but my safety at risk in Austin traffic, and has caused me financial hard ship. Thanks guys.
GO ELSEWHERE TRUST ME!!! I was a long time customer until new management arrived. I had a transmission put in my vehicle and it was defective after complaining for a month they told me to bring it in where it sat for 2 months. I came back to get my car and they said they would have it ready asap. My car had been used as one of the employees personal vehicles adding over 1000 miles on it and full of grease and dirt. They never repaired my transmission and refuse to honor my warranty they gave me. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE DON'T TRUST THEM. They will not even tell the owner to contact me. I guarantee most of the 5 star reviews you'll read are from paid reputation management companies. The owner doesn't care because for 6 months I've tried to have him call me to honor the transmission warranty
The manager seemed to truly care and was genuinely a good person. This kind of behavior stands out in these times, and I fully commend him for this. I failed to get his name nevertheless good job!
